My go to Collagen! It's perfect for the morning. Provides 10g of protein which I mix with an extra Protein + Greens shake giving me around 30g protein breakfast shake! Chocolate tastes a bit too sweet, I also wouldn't recommend mixing this in a tea or coffee, it literally tastes like a vile chalk! Best with oat milk and another protein shake, cold!*

I have tried this with just water. Not so great. So for this last 2-1/2 wks put a scoop in a my first cup of coffee. I drink it black, it dissolves nice. You know it’s in there but know it’s good for you. *
