I am not 100% certain but I think it works. I fall asleep fast and stay asleep but getting up is very hard, I feel like in a daze. On weekends, however, I wake after a good 8 hours sleep which prior to taking it used to be my sleep catch up time. All-in-all, I am satisfied with it.*
