It would not mix in water it just clumped up. Hand to god I tried one scoop and was so disappointed and upset I took the jar and threw it in the trash. If there was 0 stars option I would have used it. Honestly it doesn’t even deserve 1/2 a star. *

Doesn't taste very good, and Doesn't mix well, or dissolve easily in juice, but I've been adding it to my protein shakes, and that works best for me, only been using for a couple weeks, so a bit to early to see if it's making a difference*

Probably one of the most important BCAAs. Leucine jumpstarts muscle protein synthesis. Definitely take this intra workout so it’s absorbed n assimilated before you hit your post workout shake / meal. Will definitely purchase again. Do not take more than 5 mg at once or risk some diarrhea . Some recent studies suggest a low isoleucine diet can improve lifespan. That’s hard to do ;so taking extra leucine- competes with isoleucine , limiting iso in your body*

The literature seems to support the use of leucine for increasing muscle size. Perhaps it is being older than age 60, but using leucine regularly for a year has made only slight difference for me. Yet, I will probably continue.*
