This is a terrific supplement for muscle building, workout support and recovery!!!!
BCAA's, or branch chain amino acids, especially Leucine, are very effective for protein synthesis! But studies are starting to show that supplementing with ALL of the essential amino acids is even more effective then ingesting BCAAs alone!
This is why I supplement with EAA's.
All Max is a great brand as I believe that a lot of their products are properly dosed!*
