This product is awful! It doesn't mix well and it tastes like medicine. Since it was impossible to swallow, I can't review it's actual results as far as muscle recovery and growth. It's a waste to send this back because shipping will cost as much as the product since it's so large. Thanks muscle and strength for this waste of my money.*
