As a stim-free pre-workout, I didn’t expect it to deliver an intense, “slap-in-the-face” effect, but I did expect noticeable benefits from the active ingredients, such as improved pump and vascularity. Unfortunately, the only effect I really noticed was a slight tingling sensation from the Beta-Alanine.
On the positive side, the taste is quite decent. However, I feel that next time I’d be better off purchasing the core ingredients individually and taking them in proper doses before training. I believe that would be more effective overall.*

I started off with double scoops to assess how strong this preworkout can get since I started off on High Stim. So far, no tingle and no major improvement in my workouts. Not sure why it doesn’t work all that great for me? I’ve been training steadily for about 9 years but only fairly recently started experimenting with pre’s. I weigh 257 and about 5ft 11in. Might go back to stim workouts after this dud of a pre.*

Awesome flavors, a bit sweet but not overpowering. Definitely can feel the beta-alanine. For those looking for a pre-workout with no caffeine this is the one! Also for me personally, I didn’t need the full serving which is two scoops. 40 servings should last a while considering. *

Well was expecting more of a pump. Thats how i remember Agmatine Sulphate supplements. I noticed no caffeine preworkouts give me less trouble falling asleep, but still during workouts i sweat way more with this product. Taste is so and so, but i dont mind that at all.*

Overall I like Apeshit pumps. I was taking a high stim pre workout everytime I'd lift which isn't good as it's a vasoconstricter. The price is right and the ingredients are pretty clean. Smashberry is one of the best tasting supplements I've ever had over 20+ lifting years. Cherry lemonade is good as well.*
