I bought the chocolate and vanilla so I can mix them together. I use shakes for all of my nutrients because I am about to get jaw surgery, so that's how I get my calories. This doesn't keep my as full and satisfied as my regular protein powder, but it was on sale and money was tight. In a pinch, it has worked pretty good.*

I got this on sale… usually only take 2 scoops. 4 scoops at one time makes this shake super thick. Taste is ok. I like Syntha 6 or Cellucore stuff better. *
