Of many BCAA brands, I have found that BPI supplements are superior when compared to others that taste like chemicals. The rainbow ice flavor is also best given it is simply white and does not leave a colorful residue in your mouth.*

I worked out my abdomen which I do once a week, I added several other exercises and I’m still sore which is surprising for what the ingredients it contains. I mixed with the “Pump” supplement. I feel no difference. I’ll give it some time. *

Best BCAA I've ever had... I always buy this BCAA... always start by taking half a scoop for about 4 days until you get used to the vasodilation it gives, as it can cause a change in pressure as soon as you take it... I usually use it intra training by putting it in my bottle of 750 ml of water… it pumps and recovers well*
