Since the introduction of 1 M.R. Vortex this is the only pre workout I take.
I don't get jittery and feel good when I use it.
The strength increases are also steady (provided that you have a good training and nutrition plan).

The product mixes well (if it is not really cold water).
I feel a nice tingle within 5-10 minutes...The energy and focus really comes to life when you start your workout 20-30 minutes after consuming!
The energy seems about 90 minute peak of its effects; then to linger nicely for a couple of hours.
No complaints of crash.
The flavor(s) are delicious. Prefer the Snow Cone. Sour Watermelon is actually a 4.5, but I gave it a 4 because I just couldn't quite round up to a 5 with it.
I really like this product! Recommend for sure!*
