So far so good. I had been relying exclusively on whey protein isolate to supplement and experienced occasional GI problems due to my being highly lactose intolerant. The Carnivor beef isolate likely avoids that problem. I prefer the cinnamon toast flavor over the strawberry. I haven't yet got to the vanilla caramel flavor.*

Best clean protein it has no aftertaste is easy on stomach and mix well with water have never tried it with milk but read a lot that it creates after taste. I always use water for my protein. It has no sugar no cholesterol and that fir me personally is great*

When doing the math, this definitely costs much less per servicing since so much is jammed into such a small scoop. I'm not a big fan of caramel but overall the Vanilla Caramel does match the flavor profile. *

Rocket pop taste like those kool-aids just with foam, chocolate live an aftertaste like meat, but i have to say i notice when i used this beef protein in the past after my worouts i notice more muscular gain, i use whey in the breakfast along oats, milk, fruit and eggs, but beef protein right after workout, people shoul try it*
