I give this creatine a bad review mainly for its no ability. It does not mix well at all, even in 12 oz of water the majority of it will settle at the bottom, which makes me wonder how it’s doing in the body. I’ve gone through one tub and have not noticed any changes in strength or size like I do with other creatine.*
