Like the fact it has a combo of both aminos and energy, but I am still adding another individual scoop of pre workout. Doing this means having to find a similar flavor profile for any other mixes, and the orange flavor seems to blend well with most of my other supplements regardless of the flavor combinations. Rule 1 has earned my trust and business over the past few years thanks to M&S and they have a very nice lineup of different products for my needs.*

I'm not sold of the need for amino acids but wanted lower caffeine in ore workout so this fits the bill. Hard to tell if it helps eith recovery. The taste is good but pineapple passionfruit is just meh*
