I took 4 tablets in the beginning. Then I got a boner in less than 30 minutes and it stayed hard for a long time. As soon as I learnt the 'routine', I took 4 tablets in the morning and another 4 tablets before sleep. My penis usually stayed semi-hard and swollen 24/7. I'd say it worked really well effortlessly!
