It does what it says but only if you are taking it for the prolonged period of time, like three months and further. It works really slow and it is not the most effective pre-workout but when you notice that your muscles keeping the shape all the time, you will thank this supplement for that.*

It has been just over a month since I began taking these pills and only just now I have started to feel extra pump during workouts. It is effective for what it advertises but still, it is very slow effect if it needs couple of months to be this effective. So I had to order another bottle to finish up my lean muscle builder plan.
If not for such low price, I would have chosen different pre-workout 100% and you should too.*
