Birthday cake flavor is very tasty. It was cheap and the macros are really good. Very hard to find a protein powder that’s 0g fat, under 150 calories, and over 25g protein in one scoop*

Flavor is acceptable but not anything to celebrate over. Protein blends and is water like/isolate. Birthday cake flavor has tiny little colored sprinkles which don't totally dissolve when blending but it's ok because it's just sugar that melts when it hits your mouth. Flavor definitely has a chemical aftertaste which is why I have to give it a 3/5. I would have preferred a more custardy and fruity mix of flavor, this is more of a vanilla with odd aftertaste and sprinkles thrown in. Much tastier with cashew/almond milk and some peanut butter.*

This is my go-to protein. Only one I buy. Use the Chocolate Peanut Butter and the Cookies and Cream. PB is the best. The protein is easy to drink, mixes very fast and well. Appreciate the 5 lb option as this is a daily drink.*

Love this protein! It has one of the best calorie-to-protein ratio on the market! Also it mixes really well (doesn't get clumpy like others). Only comment about the flavor is that the mint is too overpowering. I thought it would be more subtle but it's pretty strong. I'm going to continue to buy the other flavors, but this one is fine for switching it up once a week or so.*
