My favorite creatine of all time. And I've been using it in some form or another for the past 35 years. Monohydrate has always made me feel bloated and even more so as you get older. But this particular kre-alkalyn creatine by Now has no bloating whatsoever and has been a staple for a bigger part of those years. For me this a no brainer.*
