Seems to work as far as restful sleep. Make sure you have eight hours to sleep. Had to fight myself to get up on the morning..lol. I take an hour before Bed helps me fall asleep. First time taking, It will be incorporated into my cycle.*

I like the fact that the new formula doesn’t have red coloring on the ingredients. Specially if the only purpose of it was to give the capsule a color.
