Not for the faint of heart! Strong and I mean strong works just like it says Awesome product!!!! That's the pros the only con is sometimes you will get stomach cramps for 10 to 15 minutes then goes away and you're golden afterwards and definitely as it states on the directions do not take with food ! Taking this product you need to mentally be ready to loose wait and trim up and as always you need to have a exercise plan now or begin one for the best results! Best product I have ever taken and I have been using supplements for years and years !!!*

Stomach upset purchased this supplement and followed the instructions carefully. Unfortunately, from the very first dose, I experienced stomach upset that lasted the whole day, along with a burning sensation and cramps.
I decided to continue taking it for a week, thinking my body might adjust since this was my first time using it, but the discomfort never went away.
A friend who recommended this product also had the same side effects, despite never experiencing them with his previous purchases. This raises concerns about possible inconsistencies in the formula.
I bought two bottles, but after my experience, I don’t feel safe using them or giving them to anyone else. I can’t recommend this product based on my experience.
Sorry for giving 1 star.

Pump (as in heart pump) through the roof! Simply sat in the bath, trying to relax, my resting heart rate was 97bpm. Can't deny it helped to burn more calories but that started to slow after two weeks. Seemed to help to feel fuller for longer and a big benefit was that my recovery time/ muscle soreness was much better. That being said, I quit due to the abdominal cramps I experienced. Not completely unbearable but it outweighed the benefit for me.
Around an hour after taking I would feel every gastro sensation going. Cramps, constipation like a fist at the top of my abs, that feeling where you're about to have diarrhoea and you get that flush feeling with sweats, sickness along with a metallic taste and additional saliva. I didn't actually need, nor could I do a bowel movement, just had the sensations. This would last up to 20 minutes. The experience didn't seem to last as long in the afternoon but having a bigger breakfast, or no breakfast at all didn't make a difference.
I couldn't really find anything about this online, maybe one other similar review that suggested it might be the 'capsaicin' but that's definitely not something I'm averse to.*

Not for the faint of heart! You have to be certain your ready to make the changes in you! Dedication and focus! This is the best supplement I have ever taken and that really does what it says unlike others ! This has the best appetite surpressent and all day energy and it keeps you focused on keeping you on track on eating and exercising it says do not take with food and you cannot just a fyi! You are like fasting till dinner but no hunger pains Amazing Product!!!!*
