The Grape and Orange flavors were good but so slight that it tastes very very watered down even when mixing 1 scoop with 6 oz of water. I prefer strong and sweet flavoring. The effectiveness was okay with mediocre energy and sweating and I didn't feel any rush of body heat like I do with some other fat burners. Overall I wouldn't buy again.*

I fast three times a week and use this pre-workout on my fasted days and it definitely helps with performance with no crash. I am going to stick to this pre-workout for at least three months to gauge the results in training. So far so good.*
