It says to take for 7 days to see a rise in testosterone. i have not been "active" in a while, but i am not kidding to say that i took a nap on that 7th day, and when i woke up, I smelled very manly. I had to wash that area right away. I was not sweating a lot, and am usually clean. That is my experience with this product. I do take other supplements, but i have never had this happen to me before, so i would say that this product does what it says. And i was the only man in the room.*
