first most important thing is flavor and it passes that test. Then comes does it work and it also passes. I was dragging before taking it but had plenty of juice once I started and it held through the workout. Definitely would recommend.*

Taste is delightful and effects are very good. I definitely recommend taking a half hour prior to working out as it took a minute to kick in. And I’d plan for a toilet to be in your vicinity within 15 minutes of consuming. I almost crapped myself on the way to the gym last week. Upon mixing this with water its bubbles and fizzes. Definitely some potent stuff. A good countermeasure would probably be to have a light snack prior to consuming this. *
