However, it was a great product, and I could see the effect of calcium on my nails; it brought me awful constipation; First, I couldn't guess why; I tried to have more vegetables and even added a fiber supplement!! But finally, I found out the only thing that had been changed in my diet was the type of calcium. Once I stopped taking it, the problem was solved!*
