Been seeing an improvement in my nighttime sleep quality like the product suggest. I’ve been able to wind down and stay asleep a lot longer. Especially with increased stress which has made quality sleep a bit tougher recently. Might not be the case for all, but so far I’m convinced. Worth a shot if you’ve been trying other sleep aids and none have worked.*

bought on recommendation to calm a very busy mind. And boy does it work ! Best sleep for years with calm mind.... but can't take in day or just drift through the day with nay a care in the mind. Not good for a work day !
I buy from M&S as v competitive price and good delivery and service. Just feel guilty on air miles :(*

From my experience, this product truly works and is well worth the money!
My anxiety decreased and overall mood was more stable almost immediately.
I take 2 capsules every morning along with my medication to help treat anxiety.
I don't take any at night as I take 2 magnesium glycinate tablets instead for sleep.
It made me feel fatigued initially, but then my normal energy levels soon returned.
