I've never been disappointed with the NOW brand so I'm sure this is a quality product but man, the after taste is too gross. I mix it with a protein powder and it's fine. Knee/hamstring pain from a pulled the sartorius thy muscle that happened while sprinting doesn't come back so it's defiantly working*

Unflavored so you can mix with anything. I love the addition of vitamin C and grape seed extract. I haven't used it long enough to notice the skin and joint benefits but I will continue to purchase.*
