Taking these to help with overall health, the tablets are a bit big but I split them in half and it's easy to swallow. After my specialist informed me of the benefits of NAC and endometriosis , i started to read up on it. I had a high ca125 level due to endometriomas and it went from 400 to 200 after being on the NAC. I will continue to take as I feel the benefits from the inflammation reducing.*

I take this on an empty stomach right when I get up in the morning. Hard to say if it works, but I take this with an assortment of other vitamins. The smell is pretty funky, so just be prepared when you pop the cap each day - it's pretty overpowering.*
