I have used this product according to the instructions with the cycles and noticed some positives after taking it for the first 2 cycles. With that being said, I also take other supplements along with working out at least 3X per week for many years. However, after taking it again now for the most recent cycle, and it has been about 2-3 years of usage, I don’t really know if it will do as much as you would expect. What I am saying is go to your physician if you feel you are low in the test range. Some benefits can not be found in a bottle.*
