Rule one always has good tasting supplements, I love this brand. I haven't taken this since civic and its a good energy boost with a bit more sweat, not a high stim but can be if u double scoop it. Will buy again!*

I like the energy I get and feel the thermogenics doing it's thing, but the watermelon flavor tastes like watermelon soap. Rare miss in flavor for Rule 1. Would definitely buy again, but different flavor.*
