I love this product. It is essentially my morning caffeine since I do not drink coffee. With the added benefit of creatine, it is great. Plus, I really like the Rule 1 products that usually better priced on this site than on their actual website. Even so, I try to never run out of this.*

I could go for the sour candy being a little more sour but overall the flavors are always good. The cost is just a bit high when you compare it to monohydrate, however I use it to increase and diversify my creatine intake.*

Mandarin Mango is my favorite but I still like the Blue Razz to change it up. I take this daily in the morning instead of coffee (which I despise) like most people. I have read that the creatine is good for the brain as we age and I feel that this is true after using this regularly. Being over 60 I feel this is important as well as keeping active and continuing with resistance training.*

Tastes great, I was looking for something with a little less caffeine. Now the problem is it's tough to tell any effect from the creatine but at least it's in there. I still alternate daily with 5g of monohydrate.*
