one of the best eaa supplement that you can purchase and this particular brand has included a good amount of hydraction complex to this product. I do like this before, during, and on days that i am not even working out. I think there is a big difference in my recovery taking this full eaa complex vs the regular bcaa. flavors like peach mango and blue raz are very good.*
