Get a little hint of pepper taste towards the end but it does heat me up and I like the Tim free option so I can still have coffee later in the day. Mixed well in shaker bottle.*

The flavors I tried are good. I was afraid they’d have a strange taste. Mandarin Mango was my favorite. Impressed with the ingredient combination. I was taking three of the ingredients individually prior to this. It helps curb my appetite without any strange hyper feel.*
