The flavors are nothing special, but they are comparable to other pre-workouts. I don't dislike the flavors, and all are better than drinking water. There is a lot of caffeine in this pre-workout, so you need to be mindful of that. I use it as an intra-workout drink, and it works very well for that. As I reach the end of my workout session, drinking this brings me back and lets me finish strong. At the price-point I got this pre-workout, I'm happy.*

Favorite pre-workout, good composition, works great, gives energy, pumping, endurance, invigorates. But sometimes there are negative aspects due to caffeine. Very high price. I like the product and the taste and it does what it should which is give me some extra amps. If I have anything negative to say it would be that the label claims to have 420 mg of caffeine. It is either severely underdosed or sustained release because a regular cup of coffee which has about 200 mg definitely gives me more of a pickup. The price point is excellent so it's still a worthwhile addition.*
