The belt looks great and is extremely sturdy. The construction is solid and I’m very pleased with this purchase. This is my first belt I’ve ever bought and I think it’ll be the last one I need(hopefully).  “Why 4 stars?”  -I’ve been using it frequently and it’s still not broken in yet, not a bad thing necessarily.  - the double prong design is a bit of a hassle especially when the belt is as-tight-as-possible, Sometimes I have to lay down and rip it tight so it can conform to my body a bit better, and to take it off as well.   A single prong or lever styled belt would probably suit me better, but I’ve learned to just crank it on and leave it for most of my workout. *

Extremely durable and strong. The support feels amazing and it helps my lifts greatly. The only issue is because of such strong material it stabs my back when bending over while wearing it at certain angles. Maybe a padding layer would help on top but that would make it not at competition compliance standards o guess. It holds well and pressed nicely on my stomach as I lift. I really love this product.*
