Love the flavor, it is not to sour or overwhelming in sourness. I normally drink while working out, and just add more water than the advised amount, so that way it lasts throughout the workout. Too early to know if it has been effective, but looking forward to the results.*

I like the Xtend Original mango flavor. But this one is WAY BETTER! Original is like powdered mango candy where as this is like a super fresh juicy mango fruit.
Solid all around EAA formula with electrolytes. Recovery and hydration improvements versus w/o it.*
