Gaspari makes excellent products. I dilute this times 4 and use it for during running long distances. The bottle that was free that came with this smelled so toxic and not right and it made the protein shake taste bitter after I washed it.*

Just started using this product.
I started with half a scoop in 15 - 20 ounces of water.
No bad, fuzzy feeling so I went to the recommended dose.
There's definitely a noticeable difference in strength and endurance. I'm not sure about muscle growth yet but I don't see how there won't be with the extra intensity of my last few workouts.
I used this product while working out as recommended.
The taste is very good and it mixes fine, though that's not what this review is about.
It seems taste is the most important thing to most reviewers to the point that it's almost impossible to find a review about more than how a product tastes*

Gaspari Nutrition makes strong products, & this is one of their best. I buy it every time I see it on sale as it can get a little pricey, otherwise. I've only tried the Lemon Ice flavor, but it is exceptional. I use it in my post-workout shake, every time.*
