They did not have the salted caramel in stock so I went with the Chocolate Peanut Butter flavor and it did not disappoint. It mixes well with my oatmeal in the mornings and there is no GI issues that I have noticed with this protein shake. As long as it stays in this price point I will continue to purchase it. The cost of some of these protein shakes has gotten ridiculous. *

I've had the chocolate and the cookies and creme flavor of this protein, and I will say this flavor seems to mix a bit smoother than the chocolate. Both are great tasting and easy to take daily as part of my routine, I would absolutely get this again.*

Mixes well and tastes pretty good. You can def taste the richness of it. As of now i have only mixed with water and the consistency is thick. Milkshake like. Will def use milk in the blender to see how it tastes then.*

Taste is great and I've been a fan of blended proteins for about 5 years now - so I'll definitely order again. Beware it does not mix very well, you may have to figure out a system of slowly adding powder while mixing to avoid thick clumps.*

R1's Source7 is great if you're looking for a slower digesting protein and you don't like casein. The Pistachio flavor is tasty in water or milk. I ordered two more flavors of the Gelato inspired Source7 proteins.*
