The Dark Grape flavor is surprisingly good, very smooth and easy to drink compared to other pre-workouts I’ve tried. It gives me a solid boost of energy and focus without a crash, and I definitely feel stronger pumps during training. I do get a little tingling from the beta-alanine, but overall it’s a great pre-workout that helps me push harder in the gym.*

The taste is amazing! I haven't taken a pre workout for years because I would get that jittery feeling. This product doesn't do that. I started out taking a half dose and will increase to the full dose next week. It gives me the boost I need to push through a tough workout.*

This is the third time i order this Pre workout. Its really help me lift weights after a heavy day at work and really do the job and gives great pump and mental focus. But I don’t recommend taking it at night if you workout at night. *
