Falvor is great, but I expected it to be 1 scoop to achieve the 690cal ... not 3. Coulve just used 3 scoops of my Syntha-6 and achieve the same*

BSN has always been the best tasting protein blend/mass gaining supplement in the entire industry/market. I remember when protein powders use to taste like chalk and you would throw it down as fast as you can. With BSN it’s different. I feel like savoring each sip I take. This product works great but you have to put in the work to really be the person you want to be. This does help you put on the muscle and size that you want though. I imagine all the flavors are great but I have only done Strawberry and chocolate. Strawberry is my favorite.*

It works wonders if you’re consistent with it but make sure to workout too (obviously) otherwise you’ll get fat! It tastes good and I saw myself gain about 5 pds in muscle which took about a couple months. My one and only favorite protein for sure. It def helps me since I also lack the ability to consume enough protein through out the day it’s exactly what I need.*
