Take it on an empty stomach, this one has the highest quality ingredients, like Zinc Mono - which is OptiZinc,, the Aspartate is the MG you want, most brands don't have this ingredient quality, and this used to be the standard, then the companies started using lower quality, which is normal, so you would think they are good, this the Orignal OG Real Deal Formula, that BUMPS up YOUR TEST, don't surprised when feeling that Anger, hopefully, it's with weights, but you know it's working!*
